Will there be door sale tickets at the gate?


Check the event page on show day to see if there are tickets still available at the door. This is published on the day of the show under the event page.

Should I drive or catch the bus?


We’ve made it as easy and accessible to bus ticket holders as we can. For example:

  • Most buses are ‘express’ so there is no stops along the way.
  • Buses have priority entry in and out of the venue so you won’t be stuck in a traffic queue.

We recommend you arrive about 30 minutes early to arrange your parking.

What is the capacity of the amphitheatre?


Generally 4500 but our license does go to 18000.

Food / drink options? Can you BYO food? Water?


No BYO – It is a licensed venue and food and beverages will be available at the events.

What are the acceptable forms of ID for entry into the venue?


Entry to the venue is restricted to persons over the age of 18. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by legal guardian with Photo ID. All patrons (including minors) must have a valid ticket for entry.

Is there an ATM on site?


There are Portable EFT machines on either bar.

Is smoking permitted?


Yes.

Is there an under 18s area?


Under 18 entry depends on the event – check the event promoter's website for details.

Can I bring a chair or a rug?


No, only small cushions are allowed.

I have lost something at the concert. How do I contact the lost property department?


Ring the Belvoir office the next day – once the clean up has completed (generally after lunch time) everything found will be brought to our office for collection and identification.

Do you allow PASSOUTS at the venue?


No.
